Elaboration: A special selection since the climate of that year (more abundant in rain) was not favorable for the development of the Petit Verdot. For this reason, also contains Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.
By controling the temperature during maceration and fermentation, which lasted about 20 days, enabled us to extract maximum power and aroma of the fruit that provides the Petit Verdot.
Aging: New french oak barrels with medium toast for 20 months and then aged in bottle for 15 months.

Storage: 16 º C protected from light and moisture.
Consumption: 18-19 º C.
Taste: Intense blackberry color, very lively with high shade. Intense aromas of black fruits of the forest, balsamic, spice, mint, cocoa. Powerful entry, fruit very present, explosive, with great body and fructosity. Wooded taste is well integrated giving it a touch of elegance. Lingering aftertaste.
